In September the whole HISER team will face-to-face meet for the second time since the beginning of the project.
Eight months will be gone since the beginning of the project in February 2015 and it is time all researchers meet and assess the actual implementation of the project. Though still generally in incipient stages, many activities are already ongoing in HISER, principally in the lines of demolition and refurbishment, as Construction and Demolition Waste – C&DW- generating activities, and of innovative recycling and quality assessment technologies, for the recovery of valuable raw materials from those C&DW. The first outputs and conclusions will be comprehensively analyzed, and relevant tips collected from professionals and experts at past events, such as the Workshop by HISER project: “Selective demolition: current practices and innovation”, within the European Demolition Association (EDA) Annual Convention 2015, or the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Costing (LCC) Experts Workshop by HISER, will be commented for their insertion in the forthcoming developments. Consequently, the planning and adequate coordination for the forthcoming months will be detailed.
All the aforementioned will require tough work from HISER team, from 28 to 30th of September in Brussels.
